All items marked down during our End of Season Sale events are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I place an order?

What if I lose my Tibi.com Account Password?

Submit a “Forgot Your Password” form upon login, and a temporary password will be emailed to the email associated to your account.

Can I return my Tibi.com order to the Tibi Boutique?

All Tibi.com orders must be returned to the Tibi online store. To initiate a return go to https://returns.tibi.com/ or contact us at customercare@tibi.com.

What is the price adjustment policy?

We offer price adjustments in the form of store credit on full price products that have been reduced within 7 days of purchase. If you purchase items that were already marked down or with a promotional code it is not eligible for a price adjustment.

What is your store credit policy?

You cannot use store credit in combination with other discounts or promotions that are applied at checkout. You will still be able to use store credit on both full price and sale items on Tibi.com.

What is your Standard Shipping Policy?

Standard Shipping Policy

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and an expected delivery date. However, Tibi cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility. Our selected carriers do not guarantee a specific time of day for expedited delivery services nor does expedited delivery include weekends.

Tibi.com currently accepts international orders to the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China/Hong Kong, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Puerto Rico, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and Vietnam. In addition to the delivery fee at checkout according to the shipping rates below, CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL DUTIES AND TAXES TO THE CARRIER UPON DELIVERY.

For packages that are refused at delivery, customers will still be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from the United States. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.
