Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and an expected delivery date. However, Tibi cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility. Our selected carriers do not guarantee a specific time of day for expedited delivery services nor does expedited delivery include weekends.
Tibi.com currently accepts international orders to select countries. In addition to the delivery fee at checkout according to the shipping rates below, the customer will be responsible for paying all duties and taxes to the carrier upon delivery.
For packages that are refused at delivery, customers will still be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from the United States. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.
Two Day or Overnight Delivery orders are processed the same business day if placed by 2pm ET. Ground orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Allow 2-3 business days to process your order during sample sales, promotional periods or on a holiday.

Tibi.com will accept returns of full price merchandise 14 days after your order has shipped. All online orders must be returned to Tibi.com by mail.
Returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with all tags and packaging included. Items must not have been used for personal or promotional purposes in photography shoots, social media, or commercially. Return approval is at the discretion of Tibi and we reserve the right to deny responsibility for any item that is outside of the aforementioned policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. Tibi also reserves the right to monitor and restrict customer returns based on high frequency or abnormal and/or suspicious patterns.
