Shipping Policy

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and an expected delivery date. However, Tibi cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility. Our selected carriers do not guarantee a specific time of day for expedited delivery services nor does expedited delivery include weekends. If you are placing an order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday for expedited delivery, please allow 2-3 days more than the specified expedited delivery time to receive your order due to the fact that product may be coming from a location that is closed on the day your order is placed. Tibi is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been successfully delivered upon confirmation from associated shipping carrier.

Customer Care cannot edit the product, size or quantity on the order after placed, but may be able to assist with other needs. Should you need to cancel your order, please contact Customer Care immediately. Once an order has left our facility, orders cannot be cancelled.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

For customers shipping to Belgium, you may enter a parcel locker or post office address as an alternative to your home delivery address

Tibi.com currently accepts international orders to select countries. In addition to the delivery fee at checkout according to the shipping rates below, the customer will be responsible for paying all duties and taxes to the carrier upon delivery.

For packages that are refused at delivery, customers will still be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from the United States. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.

We do not currently ship to the European Union under the value of 190 USD for clothing and shoes. Please note that orders placed under this value are subject to review and cancellation by Tibi.

Two Day or Overnight Delivery orders are processed the same business day if placed by 1pm ET. Ground orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Allow 2-3 business days to process your order during sample sales, promotional periods or on a holiday.

Return Policy

Tibi.com will accept domestic and international returns of full price merchandise 14 days after your order has arrived. To start a domestic or international return, visit tibi.loopreturns.com. If you cannot proceed with your return systematically, please reach out to customercare@tibi.com.

All online orders must be returned to Tibi.com by mail or to a Tibi Boutique. For US returns, we can provide a pre-paid return label. For international returns, customers should use a courier of their choice. We recommend using a courier that will provide you with a tracking number as Tibi is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please note returns must be sent back to Tibi from the country in which you received them. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Tibi, however, you may contact your local customs bureau directly in an effort to recover these fees.

In-store purchases must be returned to a physical retail location. Please inquire with the boutique in which your order was placed to initiate a store return.

All returns will incur a $10 processing & handling fee that will be deducted from the amount of your refund back to your original form of payment.

Returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with all tags and packaging included. Items must not have been used for personal or promotional purposes in photography shoots, social media, or commercially. Return approval is at the discretion of Tibi and we reserve the right to deny responsibility for any item that is outside of the aforementioned policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. Tibi also reserves the right to monitor and restrict customer returns based on high frequency or abnormal and/or suspicious patterns.
