Shipping Policy
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and an expected delivery date. However, Tibi cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility. Our selected carriers do not guarantee a specific time of day for expedited delivery services nor does expedited delivery include weekends. If you are placing an order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday for expedited delivery, please allow 2-3 days more than the specified expedited delivery time to receive your order due to the fact that product may be coming from a location that is closed on the day your order is placed. Tibi is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been successfully delivered upon confirmation from associated shipping carrier.
Customer Care cannot edit the product, size or quantity on the order after placed, but may be able to assist with other needs. Should you need to cancel your order, please contact Customer Care immediately. Once an order has left our facility, orders cannot be cancelled.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
For customers shipping to Belgium, you may enter a parcel locker or post office address as an alternative to your home delivery address
Tibi.com currently accepts international orders to select countries. In addition to the delivery fee at checkout according to the shipping rates below, the customer will be responsible for paying all duties and taxes to the carrier upon delivery.
For packages that are refused at delivery, customers will still be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from the United States. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.
We do not currently ship to the European Union under the value of 190 USD for clothing and shoes. Please note that orders placed under this value are subject to review and cancellation by Tibi.
