Tibi is seeking a dynamic Stylist to join our Soho Flagship team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about clienteling, social media, and personal style. Responsibilities include building and managing a client book, leveraging social media to develop relationships, creating daily Instagram content, becoming an expert in Creative Pragmatism and the Tibictionary, and helping maintain exceptional store standards.

As a Stylist, you will help clients build wardrobes through the lens of Creative Pragmatism while contributing to the daily energy, culture, and success of our Flagship store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and grow a personal book of clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building
• Deliver exceptional in-store and virtual styling experiences that drive sales and long-term client loyalty
• Leverage social media and digital communication tools to engage existing and prospective clients
• Create and contribute daily content for Instagram, including styling, product, and brand-focused storytelling
• Develop expertise in Tibi's Creative Pragmatism philosophy and Tibictionary, and confidently translate
  these concepts to clients
• Support store sales goals through clienteling, appointments, events, and outreach initiatives
• Maintain exceptional store presentation, merchandising standards, and operational excellence
• Partner closely with the Flagship team to create a welcoming and inspiring client experience

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in luxury retail, styling, clienteling, or a customer-facing environment
• Experience building a client book or working toward sales goals is a plus
• Familiarity with Instagram and other social media platforms

 

Salary ranges from $55-65k commensurate with experience.
