Ecommerce Operations Manager, Tibi HQ

This role supports the company’s digital engagement and commerce goals, through our Ecommerce Operations division. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized self-starter who can think on their feet, exude positive energy and openness to solving problems, and contribute to ideation and innovation. This person will be fully engaged in the day-to-day behind-the-scenes of a growing direct to consumer business.
This person should possess a strong understanding of the logistics and operations involved in running an Ecommerce store, ideally using Shopify Plus. They must be able to understand the product lifecycle as it relates to sku creation in an ERP system, product uploads, sku maintenance, inventory management and content management. They must also be well versed in the logistics of order management, including returns and exchanges. They must possess a high level understanding of the Ecommerce conversion funnel as it relates to customer acquisition and retention, content and product management on site, UX, usability and site behavior. A high level of organization and attention to detail is critical.
Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Operations & Website Management
- Own the day-to-day management of Tibi’s Shopify Plus store, ensuring an elevated and seamless shopping experience.
- Manage daily site merchandising, homepage updates, product launches, and collection pages.
- Monitor website functionality, troubleshoot bugs, and collaborate with internally and externally to enhance performance.
Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy
- Execute and analyze email & SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Leverage customer insights to refine SEO, content, and digital marketing strategies.
Inventory & Order Management
- Work closely with the warehouse to ensure efficient order processing, fulfillment, and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and restock timelines to prevent sellouts or overstock issues.
Customer Experience & Retention
- Analyze customer data to improve engagement and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Partner with customer service to address escalations and optimize post-purchase experiences.
- Comfortable with Zendesk or similar platforms to communicate with customers on an as-needed basis.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report ecommerce sales performance, site analytics, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Shopify reports to inform strategy.
- A/B test website features, promotions, and UX enhancements to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of ecommerce experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Loop Returns, and ecommerce best practices.
- Experience with email marketing and SEO.
- Familiarity with inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The salary range for this position falls between $70,000 and $85,000, with actual compensation being influenced by various factors such as education, certifications, additional skills, and years of experience in the field.

Stockroom Assistant, Tibi Flagship Store
We are recruiting for a highly organized, self-starting, and diligent candidate to join our NYC flagship store as a stock room assistant. This individual plays a critical role in the daily operations of inventory management and store back- office processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders for fulfillment, and troubleshooting order issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & Fulfillment – Inbound & Outbound
- Oversee and execute all fulfillment and shipping needs from the NY Store in a timely manner.
- Check warehouses for NY Store orders and correct issues in ERP and POS.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with global shipper such as UPS and DHL.
- Process returned merchandise within 48 hours of receipt, according to established process.
Receiving/Outgoing Inventory
- Oversee incoming and outgoing inventory processes.
- Receiving: unpack, scan, tag, and organize items for timely availability for stylists.
- Outgoing: manage end-of-season POS transfers back to the warehouse, including folding, packing, and communicating with the Head of Store and Director of Planning.
- Manage the inventory request log cross-functional teams.
- Track and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Overall Support
- Organize the stock room in its entirety, maintain orderliness and find ways to improve configuration as appropriate/needed.
- Communicate with our St. Simons Island Store Team for stock checks and inventory requests.
- Perform daily stock checks and pulls and holds for stylists.
- Manage HQ inventory requests.Ensure everything is logged, pulled, and returned correctly.
- Ensure stock room supplies are replenished as needed.
- Assist with stock takes, which may include working outside the store’s normal hours.
Qualifications
- Facility with systems – a quick learner; experience with RLM and Shopify POS preferred.
