Wholesale Sales Assistant


Tibi is looking for a Sales Assistant to join the Wholesale team. This person will report directly to the Sales Director overseeing North American and European accounts but also assist across the team and business. Responsibilities include:

  1. Manage Order Entry

a. Input orders for wholesale accounts  

b. Cross check and send order confirmations to accounts

c. Update orders as needed with cancellations, additions, or adjustments

d. Process re-orders, returns and swaps

  1. Compile Weekly and Monthly Selling Reports

a. Review and analyze weekly selling reports and update bi-weekly top line sales report

b. Request selling reports from accounts and oversee selling by style report updated weekly by interns

c. Pull monthly reorder report and distribute to company

  1. Sample coordination and send out as needed for assigned accounts
  2. Intern hiring and management
  3. Warehouse Point of Contact

a. Track shipment, payments, and delivery status for accounts

b. Notify account reps of any issues, relay issue, and seek resolution

c. Create weekly shipping/open order reports for the team

  1. Compile and distribute Marketing Assets to Accounts

a. Work with the marketing team to provide look books, seasonal ecomm imagery to accounts

b. Manage creation of seasonal product knowledge packets for accounts to share with their sales team

c. Work with styling team to create and distribute seasonal styling guides for online accounts

  1. Assist with Market

a. Book and confirm market appointments.

b. Prepare materials for market (coordinating samples, linesheets and Joor images)

c. Assist in overall showroom set up and sample coordination for showroom

d. Shadow and assist in appointments with buyers

e. Send appointment notes to accounts and follow up for orders

  1. Online Management

a. Check online accounts weekly to make sure product and pricing are displayed correctly

b. Follow up with accounts to ensure product is uploaded to site    



  • Experience using systems such as RLM, Joor, or similar order systems a plus
  • Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel / PPT
  • Experience in customer service especially within the fashion industry preferred
  • Interest in wholesale business
  • Understanding of Retail Math
